About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Ashland Springs Hotel. As a Spa Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the spa front desk, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and supervising the spa reception team. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable experience at our spa.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Experience working in a spa or wellness center
  • Experience with spa booking software
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the spa reception team and ensure that they provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Manage the spa front desk and ensure that it is always clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the spa's booking system
  • Collaborate with the spa manager to develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve the spa's operations

Skills:

As a Spa Front Desk Supervisor, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and manage the spa reception team effectively. You will also need to be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage the spa front desk and booking system. Additionally, you will need to have strong leadership skills to supervise the spa reception team and collaborate with the spa manager to improve the spa's operations. Finally, you will need to be proficient in using spa booking software and have a good understanding of the spa industry and customer service best practices to provide exceptional service to our guests.
