THIS IS 100% ONSITE in Moorpark, California

Responsibilities: The Retail Loan Funding Closer ensures the accurate and compliant disbursement of first mortgage loans. Key responsibilities include:

• Commute to Moorpark and work in office
• Reviewing and verifying executed loan closing documents for accuracy and consistency
• Ensuring compliance with company and investor policies
• Clearing Prior to Funding approval conditions
• Authorizing disbursement of funds
• Performing additional duties as assigned
• Aligning with the organization's culture and values

Qualifications:

Must be able to commute to Moorpark and work in office (remote Not offered)

• Previous mortgage banking experience preferred, with knowledge of the lending process
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail, team player, and able to work independently
• Ability to deliver timely, accurate information in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical skills
• Financial services or mortgage industry experience preferred
• Strong business acumen and ability to work with executive management
