MaxCompute is an enterprise-level SaaS (Software as a Service) cloud data warehouse designed for data analysis scenarios. It offers rapid and fully managed online data warehousing services through a Serverless architecture. By eliminating the constraints of traditional data platforms in terms of resource scalability and elasticity, MaxCompute minimizes user operational efforts. This enables you to economically and efficiently analyze and process massive volumes of data.

1）Lead the overall technical strategy and architectural design for MC, ensuring advanced technology adoption and guiding cross-component synergy in product architecture and key technology decisions.

2） Design, optimize, and implement high-performance, stable, cost-effective, secure, and highly available components within MC, such as performance monitoring systems to address performance challenges.

3）Promote and deliver MC's technical capabilities to clients and the market, enhancing its reputation and influence in domestic and international industry landscapes through strategic knowledge sharing and outreach initiatives.

Qualification:

1) Solid foundation in Java/C++ backend development (familiar with basic frameworks such as IO, multi-threading, collections, etc., familiar with mechanisms like distributed systems, caching, messaging).

2) Proficient in using Java backend open-source frameworks such as Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, MyBatis, etc.

3) Possess strong object-oriented programming experience, a deep understanding of OO and AOP principles, strong capability in system analysis and design, familiar with common design patterns.

4) Passionate about technology, diligent and rigorous in work, with strong learning ability and sense of responsibility. Self-motivated, skilled in communication and teamwork, able to adapt quickly to changes.

5) Candidates with experience in developing cloud-based big data systems or cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) will be given priority.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $196,800/year and $322,800/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
