Job Description

A company in north Austin is looking to bring on a Receptionist/Accounting Clerk to join their team! This is a fully in-office M-F 8am-5pm role and pay is $20/hr. This is a contract to hire position looking for someone who can start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Take incoming calls and greet customers.
• Process payments and reconcile accounts.
• Update daily receivables and sales.
• Investigate account discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory counts and reports.
• Support other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Reliable, flexible, and eager to help.
