Job Description:

• Administration of field office duties to achieve project profitability and schedule goals.
• List of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to perform all normal and customary PE duties.
• Ability to work with Project Management Software (Prolog, Procore or equivalent)
• Ability to comprehend budget and cost reports including quantities and labor hours.
• Ability to perform quantity takeoffs.
• Prepare, review, Maintain RFI’s and maintain Logs.
• Prepare, review and Maintain Submittals and maintain Logs.
• Maintain as-built drawings throughout the project and ensure timely submittal from subcontractors as applicable.
• Ability to read and comprehend contract documents.
• Ability to read and comprehend plans and specifications including order of precedence.
• Prepare and maintain transmittals.
• Assist Superintendent and Project Manager in preparing and maintaining project schedules.  Prepare and submit notifications to the owner and/or subcontractors.
• Set up and maintain project files ensuring all files are updated contemporaneously.
• Assist Superintendent in evaluating RFI’s and recommendations for solutions.
• Prepare and maintain procurement logs and understand and track long lead items to ensure timely delivery.
• Ability to manage time effectively, understanding priority items and meeting deadlines.
• Gather information and update weekly labor budget reports accurately and timely.
• Prepare and maintain extra work authorizations (EWA’s)
• Attend weekly meetings and prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
• Review and prepare change order requests with equitable adjustment worksheets (EAW’s) accurately.
• Take jobsite photos and maintain contemporaneously on company server.
• Compile all closeout documents (O&M’s, Warranties, as-builts, etc.) and other project specific requirements through PYPE or equivalent.
• Prepare and execute completion of punch list work along with necessary sign-off and verifications.
• Complete other assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have worked for another large Commercial Structural Construction company that does projects ranging from $10 – $35 million. All Class A high rise and multi-story parking structures.
• Work is spread across California but primarily LA County, Orange County and the Inland Empire and HQ is in Woodland Hills (must be onsite daily unless otherwise told).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
