About the Role As an Entry Level Sales Assistant at Style Netbox, you will support the sales team in driving revenue growth while building lasting relationships with clients. Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to potential clients.
Manage and update client accounts, ensuring accurate records in the CRM system.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.
Basic knowledge of sales principles; prior experience in sales or customer service is a bonus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred but not required).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
