Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Individual is responsible for requesting and tracking receipt of a large volume of medical records from provider offices, receiving records via electronic fax or email and preparing records for transfer to designated system folders and/or project software.
• Individual will communicate with providers and other staff regarding confidential information.
• Other project related duties as determined by management may be assigned to manage HEDIS project.
• Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required Experience
• 2 or more years of administrative support experience required
• Proven organizational and time management skills required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Outlook, Excel and Word
• Must have the ability to handle multiple projects with a high degree of Accuracy
• Effective time management and Independent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
• Effective time management skills
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
• HEDIS experience is preferred but not required
