Job Description

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Corporate Reception & Security Associate to work for one of our top global tech clients!

Pay: $25-$30/hr. based on experience

Schedule: M-F9a-5p

Location : New York, NY 10012 (Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Set in a standard reception space.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, understanding their security needs and requirements.
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems and alarms, to detect and prevent unauthorized access.
• Manage access to the company’s offices by verifying the identity of individuals, issuing visitor badges and ensuring compliance with access control policies.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with security procedures, including the use of ID badges and adherence to visitor protocols.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms through the global security operations center.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in facility security, reception.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) certifications within first 30 days of employment.
• Hospitable with a customer-focused mentality. (i.e., good morning, good afternoon, good evening).
• High school diploma or GED required.
