This Wholesale Specialty Broker seeking an ambitious Underwriter in Dallas who is ready to make the leap to the “dark side” and explore a career in Broking.

This is a energetic, driven team specializing in Traditional Oil and Gas & Renewables Insurance. They have the time, resources, and expertise to upskill you in this rapidly growing market - where technical knowledge is in high demand, especially in Texas.

This role will see you:

• Working closely with Account Executives and Production staff in the retaining of relationships with high-profile Energy clients.
• Account Management and responsibility for a small portfolio of accounts.
• Manage new and renewal business processes, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Supporting Account Executives in the creation of proposals, presentations and general marketing efforts.
• Offering mentoring and support to more junior members of the Account Management team on technical and administrative tasks.
