Job Description

Job Title: Unarmed Close Protection Agent.

Location: Stanford, CA.

Pay Rate: $28-38 per hour.

Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive protection or a related field.

Licenses: BSIS Guard Card, Appropriate Use of Force and/or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification, Powers to Arrest Certification, First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants.

Shift Type: Reserve Roster.

Job Description:

We seek a dedicated, experienced, Unarmed Close Protection Agent to join our top-tier security team. This opportunity is suited for professionals with a strong history in executive protection who specialize in delivering comprehensive personal security without reliance on armed tactics. As an integral part of our organization, you will protect high-profile clients through meticulous planning and proactive security measures, maintaining an unwavering commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide unarmed close protection services to high-profile clients in various environments, including corporate settings, private residences, and public venues.
  • Conducted threat assessments and developed tailored security plans for each client.
  • Monitor and secure the client's environment, including residences, workplaces, and travel routes.
  • Maintain continuous surveillance and situational awareness to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Implement security protocols for client movements, including coordinating with local security resources.
  • Conduct advanced security preparations and risk assessments at various locations.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Operations Center to ensure proper support.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of the client.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Provide security briefings and updates to the client.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in executive protection or a related field.
  • Background in law enforcement, military, or security services.
  • Valid security certifications and licenses as required by local regulations:
  • BSIS Guard Card.
  • Appropriate Use of Force and/or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification.
  • Powers to Arrest Certification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adult, Child and Infant.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Excellent physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in conducting threat assessments and developing security plans.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
