The Northwest Center @ Amazon is looking for a Training Coordinator to work in a temporary position, from December 2024 through September 2025.
This unique role will work directly with Amazon’s People Experience Team (PXT) to create exceptional experiences for executive-level attendees at training and development sessions. In this role, you will provide top-tier customer service, manage on-site logistics, and ensure each session runs smoothly from setup to breakdown. You will work alongside senior leadership, anticipating needs and solving challenges in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Location: Seattle, WA + Bellevue, WA with domestic and international travel required
Schedule:Monday – Friday, typically between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (hours will vary). Schedules will vary from week to week, 45-50 hours per week during weeks with training, 30 hours per week on weeks without training
Wage: Starting Wage: $31.08 per hour | Full Range: $31.08 - $39.17 per hour
