Job Description

Our client, a mass media company in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis through May 2025.

About the job:

• Greet guests, receive packages, and provide a welcoming presence at the front desk.
• Assist employees with support requests, manage office supply and snack inventory, and coordinate maintenance and repairs with service providers.
• Help with various move-related tasks, such as walkthroughs with movers, inventorying office items, and coordinating logistics.

Requirements:

• Prior office administration or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently and handling a variety of office tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Notes:

• Onsite in Los Angeles, CA
• $23-$25/hour
• Hours are 9am-4pm
