Social Media Manager (Freelance/Part-time, with potential to become full-time)

Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a hands-on social media designer and strategist who can balance creativity with strategy. You should be confident using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva to produce professional-grade designs. If you’re passionate about storytelling and have a talent for creating content that resonates, you’ll fit right in!

What You’ll Do

1.Video Editing & YouTube Management (4 per month)

• Edit long-form videos for YouTube with polished visuals and engaging storytelling.

• Design compelling thumbnails that draw attention and boost clicks.

• Write SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags.

• Schedule and publish videos while monitoring performance for continuous improvement.

2.Podcast Creation & Management (4 per month)

• Repurpose video content into high-quality podcast episodes with intro/outro enhancements.

• Write detailed show notes summarizing key takeaways and including relevant links.

• Publish podcasts on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts.

3.Social Media Content Creation (30 posts per month)

• Create eye-catching content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, including:

• Reels: Short, dynamic clips.

• Single Posts: Beautifully designed static visuals.

• Quote Graphics: Extract powerful quotes and make them pop.

• Short Audio Clips: Repurpose video/podcast snippets into engaging bite-sized content.

• Write captions that spark conversation and engagement.

• Use analytics to refine strategies for better performance.

4.Blog & Newsletter Creation (4 per month)

• Repurpose video content into blog posts and LinkedIn newsletters with SEO-friendly summaries and embedded links.

• Craft engaging weekly newsletters highlighting YouTube, blog, and podcast content to keep audiences informed and inspired.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience creating and managing social media content that drives engagement and growth.

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva for professional-grade design work.

• Strong video editing skills with tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

• Experience with podcast production and audio editing tools (Audacity, Adobe Audition).

• Excellent writing skills for captions, blogs, and newsletters.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus Points for:

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (MailerLite, ConvertKit, etc.).

• Experience working on mission-driven brands or with women entrepreneurs.

• A keen eye for branding and storytelling that connects with audiences.
