**Position Overview:**
As a Regional Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in a new market. You will act as a key liaison between referral partners and our team, nurturing relationships and driving new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include gathering technical specifications, collaborating with internal teams to develop quotes and proposals, and presenting tailored solutions to clients.
**Location:** Local to the greater Charlotte, North Carolina area. This position is remote with expected travel. A company car will be provided, or mileage will be reimbursed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners such as dental supply reps, bankers, and real estate brokers.
- Attend meetings, sponsor events, and engage in the local community to stay informed about market opportunities.
- Gather technical specifications for new offices and larger projects.
- Coordinate with the Managed Service and Account Management teams to ensure accurate quotes, drawings, and proposals.
- Present customized solutions and proposals to potential clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Represent our company at industry events, fostering brand awareness and trust within the market.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about IT solutions and dental office requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in sales, account management, or technical consulting is a plus.
- Local to the Charlotte, NC area and familiar with the business community.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Salary: $60,000-$80,000 based on experience.
