Job Description

A large packaging company in the Shepherdsville area is in need of experienced Reach Truck operators. This is a full-time temp to hire position on first shift. The schedule is Monday-Friday; 8am to 4:30pm. Must have recent prior forklift experience, must be able to pass written & driving exam prior to starting position. Must have reliable transportation with zero attendance issues during the temp to hire period. Must have strong communication skills, attention to detail and be a team player. Must be able to work any overtime that is called. 

Responsibilities - 

• Operating reach truck equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a safe and efficient manner within a warehouse environment.
• Performing routine pre-inspection and post-inspection maintenance checks on reach truck equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Palletizing products.
• Managing inventory.
• Ensuring orders are processed in accordance with customer service standards.
• Transporting all products and materials.
• Verifying products, quantities, and order numbers correctly
