Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 per year

Job Overview

Our client, an established and growing roofing company that provides commercial, industrial, and residential roofing services across the Tri-State area, is looking to hire an exceptional Project Manager to a be a key member of their residential roofing & siding division. This person will be pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This Project Manager role is a full-time, permanent position with our client.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of residential roofing and siding projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Managing and coordinating work crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project workflows.
• Serving as the primary contact for customers, addressing questions and concerns, and delivering updates throughout the project.
• Traveling to customer locations across the Tri-State area
• Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets company standards and local building codes.
• Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
• Ensuring all safety regulations and company policies are strictly adhered to on job sites.
• Addressing and resolving any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.

Successful Candidates MUST Have:

• At least 3 years of project management experience related to residential roofing and/or siding construction projects.
• A strong understanding of roofing and siding materials, techniques, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits

• An annual base salary ranging between $75,000-$95,000 per year
