Job Summary:
We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for a Primary Care Physician to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive healthcare services to both inpatient and outpatient populations. As part of the team, you will work closely with the Medical Director to ensure that patients receive exceptional care. An understanding of our mission, goals, and values is essential, along with adherence to relevant policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct health history assessments and physical examinations.
Diagnose medical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
Prescribe medications in compliance with state regulations and professional guidelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient health records in accordance with established protocols.
Provide continuity of care with timely medical services based on your expertise.
Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Perform minor surgical procedures as needed.
Facilitate patient referrals to specialists when necessary.
Review and act upon incoming medical reports promptly.
Follow departmental and facility protocols, including safety and quality improvement standards.
Participate in health education programs, such as diabetes initiatives and health fairs.
Contribute to the development and improvement of medical protocols and practices.
Represent the organization in external medical public relations activities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students, clinical support staff, and mid-level practitioners.
Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the Medical Director.
Qualifications:
Medical degree and valid license to practice.
Board certification in Primary Care.
Expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Dedication to providing high standards of patient care and safety.
