Upstream Rehabilitation offers a fantastic opportunity to travel throughout our network of 1200+ clinics while you deliver best-in-class physical therapy care to our patients. As an Upstream Physical Therapy Traveler , you will have the benefit of in-house support, while getting to work across a variety of brands and opportunities. Once you’re done traveling, we make it our goal to help you transition to a permanent home clinic that best suits you, including leadership opportunities.

• Excel at providing specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs


• Ability to connect interpersonally with patients, and clinical team within your organization


• Drive to deliver the highest quality care and meet our standards of clinical excellence

• Eager to continually learn through professional growth opportunities


• Sense of adventure to explore new places and clinics- where would you like to go?... "try on" cities, climates, and clinics before you decide where you may want to settle!


• Responsive on feedback regarding assignments and willingness to go where support is needed (with your preferences considered)

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program


• Current or pending state licensure
