Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client’s medical facility for a part time position, which is based in Washington, DC. This is a 13 week contract position and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist I for an immediate opportunity in Washington, DC. This role requires a bilingual candidate fluent in both English and Spanish and a minimum of 2 years of pediatric phlebotomy experience. This is a part-time position, with training provided before transitioning to the client location. This is a contract-to-possible-full-time role with potential conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture procedures in a pediatric setting.
• Draw 20+ blood samples daily in a fast-paced environment.
• Work both independently and with a team at the client’s location.
• Provide exceptional care to pediatric patients.
• Standing required for the duration of drawing procedures.
• Ability to work in a patient service center (PSC) setting.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
• At least 2 years of pediatric phlebotomy experience required (venipuncture experience preferred).
• Pediatric experience is a MUST.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• TB Vaccine required.

• Location: Washington, DC
• Job Type: 13 weeks Contract
• Shifts: 1st Shift, Part-Time (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Mon - Fri)
• Pay Range : $18-$22 Hourly W2

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
