Medical Office Manager Huntington Park CA
We are looking for a dedicated Medical Office Manager to join our practice full time in Huntington Park, CA. We are looking for someone who is interested in long term growth within the company, ideally someone who is ambitious, growth oriented, with excellent leadership skills, financial management, and accountability. Preferably the incoming candidate has 5-10 years of experience managing within a large medical facility and is bilingual in Spanish/English.

Duties:

• Medical Office Management
• Coordinating office staff schedules
• Develop and Manage team trainings, team meetings and development
• Manage payroll and financial accounts to ensure profitablity
• Management of staff to ensure accountability of team members, making sure all tasks are done properly.
• HR- Staff acquisition and firing as needed according to the rules and regulations
• Understand and manage all functions within the office

Requirements:

• Preferably 5-10 years of experience in medical office management
• Preferably is Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP is a plus
  
   

Schedule:

• Full time

Salary (range):

• $60k-$70k plus performance based bonuses
