Job Description

We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Coppell Independent School District with industrial membrane roofing experience.

The Maintenance Technician role is crucial position in the Maintenance department. Duties include performing all necessary maintenance project on site while keeping records & inventory. 

Job Responsibilities

• Completes preventative maintenance as scheduled and keeps records 
• Responds to any emergency repair/maintenance situation as required 
• Maintains critical inventory needed to keep operations running; maintains and accounts for tools used 
• Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers

Qualifications

• Industrial membrane roofing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle check is required. 
• HVAC Certification preferred 
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks 
• HVAC troubleshooting, electrical, plumbing & general maintenance 

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
