Average Number of Trauma Surgical Cases Per Day: Average of 3 activations per day (level 1, level 2, consults), 3% operative

Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 adult

Annual ER Volume: 57000

Percent (%) of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital: 24%

Number of ED Beds: 40

Total Number of Beds: Licensed for 378

Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Patient Age Demographic: < 1% neonate, 3.7% child, 3.9% adolescent, 36.5% adult, 55.8% geriatric

Procedures Required:
Trauma Cases ADULT, Trauma Cases PEDIATRIC, Trauma Cases GERIATRIC, PENETRATING Trauma Cases, BLUNT Trauma Cases, Trauma Cases NEONATAL, Chest Tube Insertion, Central Line Insertion, open thoracotomy, crycothyroidotomy, ex. lap, colon resection, splenectomy

Please Add any Additional Procedures Required or Preferred: Virtual attendance to monthly quality improvement meeting at least 50% of the time

• Board Certified (American Board of Medical Specialties, American Osteopathic Association, or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada) - Required

• Training or Experience Required (Must have previous experience in trauma. Will not accept new grads)
