Job Description

Sunrider is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer specializing in branding and packaging. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and possess a keen eye for detail. They should be up to date with the latest packaging and design trends and have the ability to create compelling packaging, collateral, web banners and style/brand guides. They will be working on projects under Senior Graphic Designers and an Art Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing innovative branding and packaging designs for beauty, health, and wellness products
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure designs are cutting-edge and relevant
• Assist in creating comprehensive brand guides that articulate brand identity, tone, and visual elements
• Work on design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timeline.
• Adhere to existing brand guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with your team
• Accept guidance and direction from senior designers and art director to foster your growth and development
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or graphic design training
• Proven experience (3+ years) working as a graphic designer preferably in the beauty, health, or wellness industries
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and packaging design projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in design work
• Experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with beauty, health, and wellness brands
• Knowledge of printing processes and packaging materials
• Understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior
• Rendering abilities
• Light Retouching
• Photography skills a plus
• Illustration skills a plus
• Working knowledge of Figma a plus
