What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a talented catering dispatch team of 15, ensuring seamless operations and communication.
• Coordinate daily orders and routing to guarantee timely and accurate delivery.
• Oversee inventory, packing, and food quality checks—nothing gets past you!
• Be the problem solver when it comes to building maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving day-of challenges.
• Train, mentor, and inspire new employees, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Ensure the highest standards for health, cleanliness, and professionalism across the team.
• Continuously optimize our procedures as we grow to accommodate our expanding clientele.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills with an impeccable eye for detail.
• A true team player who’s excited to collaborate and inspire.
