Title: Digital Dealer Advisor/Consultant
Location: Remote (USA) - 80% Travel (Western Region - CA area)
Reports To: Director of Field Operations

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Dealer Advisor to join our team and help lead the way in digital marketing for automotive dealerships. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping dealers improve their digital presence, increase sales, and enhance their market share through cutting-edge digital marketing solutions. What You'll Do:

Serve as a trusted digital advisor to automotive dealerships, offering expert guidance on program performance, vendor recommendations, and digital strategies to boost sales and service business.
Be the go-to resource for dealership websites, SEO, SEM, social media, reputation management, CRM, and Google AdWords.
Work autonomously while keeping management informed on progress and key accomplishments.
Provide ongoing support and training to dealers and regional teams, ensuring they are equipped with the latest digital marketing tools and best practices.
Stay ahead of digital trends and align dealers with the latest products and services that drive success.
Conduct regular reporting on digital performance, identifying opportunities for improvement across dealer zones.
Collaborate with dealers to educate them on digital marketing strategies and best practices, offering proactive solutions to challenges.
Help dealers optimize their lead management and customer communication processes to drive better sales outcomes.
Continuously enhance dealer processes and engagement to ensure a seamless experience that drives sales and program participation.
What We're Looking For:

At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on automotive dealerships.
3+ years of experience working in the automotive industry, particularly with automotive digital marketing companies, is a plus.
Solid understanding of automotive digital marketing, including websites, advertising, lead generation, CRM, and marketing analytics.
Proven experience consulting with dealerships or dealer groups on digital marketing programs and campaigns.
Excellent communication skills with an engaging, approachable personality and the ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people.
Strong self-starter, able to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
Experience leading both internal and external meetings, guiding discussions to stay on track and ensuring all objectives are met.
Ability to deliver clear, concise instructions and training, with a knack for breaking down complex topics for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring that every project is completed with precision.
A team-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively, motivate others, and provide leadership where needed.
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
