Data Scientist Lead

Denver, CO( Onsite/Locals only)

Long term contract

• Lead and manage healthcare-focused data science projects from conceptualization to deployment.
• Master s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data science or a related field, preferably with a focus on healthcare applications.
• Expertise in Machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI , along with proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of healthcare data sources and clinical data standards.
• Experience with Electronic health records (EHR) data and Healthcare interoperability standards.
• Familiarity with containerization tools and technologies (e.g., Docker) and other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI models to solve healthcare problems.
• Utilize Python to build, test, and deploy data science solutions.
• Leverage the Google Cloud Platform software stack ( Vertex AI, BigQuery, AI Platform, Dataflow, etc.) to manage and analyze large healthcare datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical experts, to integrate data-driven insights into healthcare processes.
• Mentor junior data scientists and ensure best practices in data science and AI are followed.
