About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Associate , you will be crucial in providing outstanding service to our patients. We seek candidates with a pharmacy technician background passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and eager to use their expertise to provide patients with an outstanding experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their medication needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a manner that builds trust and loyalty. Our team is energetic and determined, seeking an individual who can jump in and embrace the fast-paced environment.

Shift Details:

  • 40 hours/week
  • Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries across email, phone, chat, and proprietary messaging systems with excellent tone, grammar, and spelling for written communications.
  • Resolve issues in a personalized, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Build long-term relationships with our customers by offering advice related to products and services.
  • Become an expert in TelyRx products and offerings and maintain up-to-date knowledge in a fast-changing environment.
  • Apply your pharmacy technician knowledge to guide customers effectively on medication usage and safety.
  • Complete training and up-training as needed.
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion when dealing with customer issues.
  • Strive to meet and exceed structured performance targets.
  • Report on customer trends and feedback.
  • Complete occasional overtime when needed by the business.
Requirements:

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of work experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role, preferably with a background as a pharmacy technician.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience and making healthcare accessible.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with efficient execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a high attention to detail and quality.
  • Experience working in multiple systems and successfully navigating various sources of information.
  • Possesses a customer-first, eager-to-help approach.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong writing skills, spelling, and grammar.
