Job Description

We are currently looking to fill a Shower / Customer Glass Installer position.

Join a well-established, family-owned glass company that has been proudly serving the Tulsa community since 1978. They specialize in providing custom glass solutions with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. As a Custom Glass Installer , you will be responsible for installing a wide range of residential glass products, including shower and bath glass, mirrors, and custom glass. Our ideal candidate has some experience in glass installation or construction, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to learning.

Pay: $18-$20+ DOE.

Hours: 7:30am-5pm (Some overtime may be required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations of shower and bath glass, mirrors, and custom glass to meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work directly with customers, ensuring a professional and courteous experience during installations.
• Measure accurately using a tape measure to ensure precision in cutting and fitting glass.
• Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are ready and in proper working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure safe and efficient job sites.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of glass installation experience preferred but not required—willing to train motivated candidates.
• Experience in construction - specifically bathroom remodels.
• Basic hand tools are required (suction cups and necessary power tools will be provided).
• Strong understanding of how to read a tape measure accurately.
• Reliable transportation and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Great customer service skills—must be able to communicate effectively with clients.
• Must have a positive attitude, be reliable, and come ready to work every day.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Tulsa, OK before starting work.
