Our client, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100, is seeking a talented mid to senior-level Associate to join their Corporate Practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment while gaining exposure to diverse industries and complex transactions across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients, both public and private companies, on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other high-level corporate transactions.
• Provide counsel on private equity, venture capital, and commercial finance matters, including syndicated lending and underwritten offerings.
• Manage and close complex transactions across a range of industries such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, life sciences, aviation, banking, energy, health care, manufacturing, technology, and telecommunications.
• Support clients in managing day-to-day corporate operations and navigating general corporate matters.

Qualifications:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.
• Significant corporate law experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, or similar areas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
