Design RF/microwave circuits using advanced SiGe, CMOS, and SOI processes.
Lead IC floor planning and layout efforts.
Model packaging and account for external parasitic components.
Evaluate and characterize prototypes to ensure design performance.
Analyze full radio performance through rigorous testing.
Contribute to the development of automated test lab equipment.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers on production testing and qualification of RFIC components and systems.
Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience designing power amplifier ICs.
Proficient in using industry-standard tools such as Cadence (Virtuoso), Agilent ADS, Mentor tools, and HFSS.
Strong understanding of IC design, simulation, layout, and system-level design.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
A genuine passion for RF/microwave integrated circuits.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
PhD or Master's degree with an emphasis on RF/microwave integrated circuit design.
Experience with simulation tools like Keysight PathWave Design Suite (ADS, SystemVue, GoldenGate, Momentum), Spectre, and HFSS.
Strong circuit design skills, particularly in power amplifier analysis and simulation.
Knowledge of digital communication systems, spread spectrum, and modulation techniques (QPSK, APSK, QAM).
