Job Description

Position : Client Management and Migration Associate

Working Hours : Must be able to overlap with CT or EST hours for optimal collaboration with team members and clients.

Salary Range : $1,400-$1,800 monthly (LatAm)

Commission : Meeting commission is dependent on market capitalization of the company and share plan size, and this ranges from USD 50 - USD 100 per successful meeting held with the appropriate decision maker. If the client signs a licensee agreement, there is also a sign-on commission of USD 220.00

Client is a revolutionary web-based application that gives companies all the tools to manage their share incentive plans. Client makes the understanding, administration and accounting of share plans easier & more accessible for both listed and unlisted clients. Client has an exciting position for a young, highly-motivated individual who is smart and interested in being part of this dynamic team that consists of CAs and highly-skilled finance grads. In this role, you will deal with top personnel at our clients and assist them with all share plan related technical queries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand all the technical aspects relating to client's share plan product to onboard clients and client information onto the platform, and manage client requirements
  • Implement and advise on the technical aspects of client's share plan product
  • Set up award issue and exercise processes, including communication with brokers to ensure a seamless trading process
  • Assist clients with IFRS 2 and incentive related queries and in using the system
  • Build relationships with the client
  • Maintain client relationships and offer new or existing solutions to existing clients
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with management, colleagues, and other staff to enhance the product based on new clients or internal requirements
  • Create and provide training to clients in using the platform
  • Provide ongoing feedback and ideas to management on ways to improve the system

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of related experience
  • Financial background with a relevant Bachelor’s degree (CA/CPA or Equivalent) preferred
  • Strong academic record & technically proficient (finance)
  • Strong excel skills is a prerequisite
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (email and in-person)
  • Can lead client meetings
  • Can work in a team environment & alone (self-starter)
  • Knows how to prioritise tasks and provide excellent service
  • Deadline driven and can work under pressure
