As a Claims Auditor, you will be performing in-depth investigations of claims ensuring that accurate payments are being applied and proper processes are being used. Additionally, the Auditor will identify issues related to the documented processes and provide information to make improvements. The Auditor will be responsible for promptly identifying instances of under- and over-payment of accounts, submitting reports to management outlining inaccuracies in the payment process and ensuring that all health claim acceptances and denials are properly recorded by our financial team.
