Job Posting: Case Manager – Litigation Department

Our client, a prestigious firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Case Manager to support their Securities Litigation Team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in-office 4 days a week with one remote workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing inquiries.
• Analyze and apply relevant industry rules and regulations to ongoing cases.
• Procure written evaluative reports and provide recommendations.
• Conduct thorough investigations, analyze intake information, and review case-related documents.
• Schedule and manage appointments, explain procedures, and assist clients with related documentation.
• Request, review, and analyze records on an ongoing basis.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring files are prepared for submission in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Paralegal experience supporting litigation teams OR a J.D. with experience in case management.
• Proven ability to be resourceful, multi-task effectively, and prioritize across several ongoing matters.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with Associates and Partners.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage case documentation and records efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience.
• Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO.
