One of the most prestigious hospitals and healthcare systems is seeking a Cadence Application Analyst - Healthcare. The successful candidate will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications. The ideal candidate has cadence decision tree experience. Cadence Application Analyst Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $85/hr
• Worksite: Leading hospital and health care system (Los Angeles, CA 90024, Open to remote candidates in the United States, Must work Pacific Time office hours)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment

Cadence Application Analyst Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications.
• Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line.
• Work with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.
• Manage decision tree build for onboarding specialties to our centralized patient call center, build related to implementing new requests, optimization of current workflows, Nova upgrade notes, input as needed for integration projects across the health system, and assisting with high-priority break-fix tickets.
• Achieve In-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application.

Cadence Application Analyst Qualifications:

• Cadence decision tree experience.
• Epic Security and Cadence certification.
• certification
• Break-fix problem investigation and resolution.
• Nova (Epic Upgrade) notes.
• New DEP Cadence Build.

Cadence Application Analyst Shift:

• Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm - PST.
