Trianon Coffee, Llc in Austin, TX is looking for one barista to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 3645 Bee Caves Road, Ste A. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Trianon is an independent, family-owned coffee shop and roastery that has been serving coffee to Austinites for 38 years. We are a family friendly, quality focused shop with an established, devoted clientele.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate friendly customer service skills, general interest in coffee, and overall cleanliness in the work environment.

Part time and full time positions available

Candidates must demonstrate the following qualities:

-Night and weekend availability. Hours are 7am-7pm weekdays and Saturdays and 7:30-2 on Sundays

-EXCELLENT customer service skills and a naturally friendly personality; our customers are like our family and treat our baristas very well

-Strong interpersonal skills; you will be working as part of a team and working closely with the manager and owners to constantly improve the shop, yourself, and those around you.

-Be passionate about coffee. We roast our own coffee and stock over 30 coffees.

-Service Industry experience is required. Coffee experience preferred.

A valid Texas Food Handlers Certificate is required. If you do not have one, you can obtain one at learn2serve.com.

Pay will depend on level of expirence with opportunity for pay increases with performance evaluations. Between our wage and tips earned, we try to make sure our baristas earn $17/hour or more. Top earners can make more than $25/hr
