Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Resinous Floor Coatings

Location: Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky

We are dedicated to delivering innovative, durable, and sustainable floor coating products tailored to the needs of our clients. With our factory and primary fulfillment center based in Indiana, we are looking for a highly motivated resinous flooring professional to provide localized support to our customers in the region.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the midwest. This role will focus on developing strong relationships with architects, engineers, and resinous flooring contractors to promote and sell Resinwerks products. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, be comfortable delivering technical presentations, and have a passion for specification-driven sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
• Identify and build relationships with architects, engineers, and resinous flooring contractors.
• Conduct lunch and learn presentations to educate architects and engineers on Resinwerks products and help drive specifications.
• Work closely with contractors to provide product recommendations, training, and technical support.
• Collaborate with the internal team and leverage the Indiana-based factory for product demonstrations, training sessions, and logistics support.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote Resinwerks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and business development , preferably in construction materials, coatings, or flooring industries.
• Strong understanding of specification-driven sales and working with architects/engineers.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to conduct technical product training.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky as needed.
• Knowledge of resinous flooring products is a plus, but not required.
